Domaine Remoissenet Père & Fils Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru “Les Combottes” 2021 is a strikingly elegant Pinot Noir from a limestone-combe terroir just outside Chambolle’s village center. Crafted with biodynamic care and minimal intervention.

This wine reveals a brilliant garnet hue and aromatic layers of blackberries, cherries, violet petals, and fine oak spice. Silken on the palate, the wine offers vibrant fruit, refreshing acidity, and sumptuous texture, leading into a lingering, savory finish. Balanced and expressive, this Chambolle is deeply charming now but will continue to evolve beautifully through 2040. Best paired with duck breast, mushroom risotto, venison, or aged soft cheeses.
