Les Terres de Philéandre “Le Rouge” 2021 is an elegant and approachable Pinot Noir from the Hautes‑Côtes de Nuits hills, produced by négociant David Duband under his Les Terres de Philéandre label.

Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from clay‑limestone plots, the wine undergoes ~60% whole-cluster fermentation and is aged for about 10 months in older barrels. After aging, it’s left to settle before bottling unfined and unfiltered—reflecting Duband’s eco-conscious, modern Burgundy style

The wine displays a bright ruby color with vibrant aromas of red cherry, earthy spice, sandalwood, and violet. On the palate it’s silky and medium-bodied, with fine, firm tannins, savory black cherry flavor, and a lasting, slightly bitter finish that invites sipping alongside duck, poultry, or mushroom dishes
