The wine is 100% Pinot Noir sourced through respectful, pesticide-free vineyards, fermented with a high percentage of whole clusters, and aged for around 13 months in 0–30% new oak barrels. Minimal sulfur is used, with concrete eggs employed in other cuvées to refine expression.

In the glass, it shows a bright garnet hue with bluish tones. The nose opens with vivid dark cherry, violet florals, sandalwood spice, menthol lift, and subtle mineral/earthy notes. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and silky, featuring fine, firm tannins that give structure without harshness. Flavors echo ripe red fruit, spice, and slate-laced minerality, closing with a savory finish. This wine is ready now yet offers pleasure through 2029.
