This wine reflects minimal-intervention winemaking: fermented with indigenous yeasts (50% stainless, 50% concrete foudres), followed by ~10 months sur-lie aging without any fining or filtration. A 750 ml bottle shines with a luminous straw color and fresh aromas of white flowers, green apple, pear, and citrus zest, complemented by a subtle waxy-mineral nuance. On the palate, it delivers a lively, medium-light body with vibrant acidity and a silky texture, culminating in a clean, refreshing finish.
