Domaine Buisson‑Charles Chablis 1er Cru “À Gauche du Serein” 2021 is a superb expression of Premier Cru terroir. Crafted from a blend of vines in Les Lys, Montmains, and Vaudevey—aged with judicious oak (20–30% new) and aged on lees—this wine displays a pale straw color and scents of green apple, lemon peel, oyster shell, iodine, and chalk.

The palate is precise and racy, delivering flinty minerality and brisk acidity that linger through a dry but harmonious finish. Ideal with shellfish or seafood dishes, this Chablis can be enjoyed now but will continue to evolve gracefully through 2028.
