Domaine Arnaud Baillot Bourgogne Côte d’Or Rouge 2021 is a captivating expression of Burgundy’s charming elegance. Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir sourced between Pommard and Volnay, this wine dazzles with a bright ruby hue and an expressive nose of cherries, raspberries, violet, earth, and mineral notes.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied with juicy clarity, complemented by supple tannins and refreshing acidity. The subtle oak influence (10% new barrels) adds complexity without overshadowing its vibrant fruit. A versatile and refined Burgundy, ideal with charcuterie, mushroom risotto, or light meat dishes, and at its best from 2023 through 2030.
