Domaine Arnaud Baillot’s 2021 Meursault 1er Cru “Les Bouchères” 2021  is a finely-crafted Chardonnay from Côte de Beaune’s esteemed terroir. Sourced from limestone-rich slopes, the wine is matured in a mix of new and seasoned Burgundian oak barrels and undergoes indigenous yeast fermentation without filtration.

In the glass, it shows a luminous straw-gold color. The nose delights with lemon peel, white peach, hawthorn flower, toasted hazelnut, and gentle spice. On the palate, it offers a juicy and layered experience—bright acidity meets creamy texture, almond-nougat tones, and a refreshing core with cedar and citrus lingering on the finish. Drink now through 2035 for optimal expression.
